ABOUT RSSA
Life Is better when
you have your people.
Louisville has a vibrant Russian-speaking community. The problem isn’t that the people aren’t here — it’s that finding each other and turning a quick introduction into a real friendship isn’t always easy.
That’s why we created the Russian-Speaking Society of America. RSSA brings people together and makes connecting easy. Instead of chasing meetups, organizing every weekend yourself, or wondering how to turn a chance conversation into an actual friendship, you become part of a community that’s already making plans.
Some weeks that might mean tea while the kids play. Other weekends, it’s dinner with friends, a trip to Huber’s, a holiday celebration, a festival, movie night, soccer and drinks, or meeting someone who becomes your regular golf partner.
We organize the calendar, create the gatherings, make the introductions, and help everyone feel welcome. You just show up.
And over time, something bigger happens.

Your children have friends they look forward to seeing.

You have people you can call for dinner on a Friday night.

Familiar faces become close friends.

Traditions get shared.
Russian is spoken.

Tea gets poured.
Stories get told.

And Louisville starts to feel a little more like home.
Whether you want a few great friends or a social calendar that’s overflowing, RSSA gives you a place to belong.
Come meet your people. We’ll take care of the introductions.

We’re not building an events club.
We’re building friendships.
Events simply give people a reason to walk through the door. What happens afterward is the reason RSSA exists.
